We got to meet and greet Ben Ainslie in London yesterday.Ben holds an impressive number of awards for sailing. Three Olympic Gold Medals, ten times world champion and nine times European champion.
He was the first to carry the Olympic flame in the UK as it set of from Land's End on its 70 day relay and 8,000 torch bearers.
Ben will now focus on training for his 4th gold medal.
