Postcard from Tromso



I'm back from chasing the elusive northern lights. With a sky like this my entire trip they stayed well and truly hidden from us, despite the most solar activity in awhile. We'd gone past the arctic circle to increase our chances of seeing them. Humbug they were visible further south on these days.

I'll have to try again next time. So the best I can over you is a glimpse of a pretty red house through the constant falling snow.

Postcard from Poland

Temperatures of minus 19, lost luggage, Flights rerouted through three countries.
Think I'll stay in London next year.

Postcard from Greece

Well now you can see why the internet was not a high priority for me over the past few days. Just couldn't drag myself away from this.
I'm back in London now. Grey skies and tall buildings. Still there's lots for me to go and find for you.

Exploring

I am off to explore and find a wee bit of sunshine (I hope). Technology willing a picture will still arrive each day during my break.
